Alan Chase
Alan Chase served most recently as CEO and co-founder of Promptu Corporation, a hosted marketing communications software vendor. In that capacity, he grew the company from inception to over 60 Enterprise software installations, including many Fortune 500 companies, totaling over 400,000 licensed users, with annual revenue approaching $10M. He also was responsible for raising over $35M in investment capital.
Prior to Promptu, Alan was the CEO of FCI Internet Solutions, a developer of web based publishing and commerce software. Earlier in his career, Alan was the founder and CEO of FCI Communications, an electronic imaging and digital photography company that provided services to the advertising and marketing communications industries.
After "retiring" for six years to travel and hang out with his young kids, Alan opted for a mid-life career change that was aligned with his interest in investing and the capital markets. He began working as an independent investment advisor in 2007 and, having been impressed with the work of Terry Danish as an analyst, was enthusiastic when Terry suggested a partnership. Alan and Terry founded OnTrack Capital Management in May of 2009.
Alan has far too many interests outside of work, including (but not limited to) opera, singing, baseball and duplicate bridge.
